Virginia Tech student found competent for murder trial:

The accused killer of Yang Xin has been ruled competent to stand trial for her murder.

If you’ll recall Zhu Haiyang stabbed and decapitated Ms. Yang in front of horrified onlookers at a cafe on the campus of Virginia Tech.

Zhu’s next court appearance is scheduled for May 29th.
