Attorneys say T.J. Lane insane at time of Chardon High School shooting:

Attorneys for 18-year-old T.J. Lane have entered a not guilty plea by reason of insanity for their client. Lane is accused in the school shooting murders of Demetrius Hewlin, Russell King Jr., and Daniel Parmertor at Chardon High School in Chardon, Ohio.

Lane’s lawyers are claiming that Lane suffered from auditory and visual hallucinations. You know, the kind that nobody can really prove. Or, as I have called it with other school shooters, fakeritis.

Lane knew exactly what he was doing. He posed with his guns on Twitter and had the word killer written on his shirt when he was arrested.

Lane was 17 at the time of the shooting and has been charged as an adult. He’s looking at life without parole.
