I dont know if Palestinians are allowed to travel to the US. The US does not recognize Palestinian passports as proof of citizenship since the US does not recognize West Bank or Gaza, or the Palestinian Authority as a real country that can issue a passport.
If its a bid for citizenship. the two would have to marry outside the US and then re-enter. Abdullah would then have to go through the naturalization process, which is 3 years long. Any felonies gets him deported.
