Bennett death ruled a homicide:

Coming as a surprise to absolutely no one, Assistant U.S. Attorney Craig Nolan announced today that Brooke Bennett’s death was, in fact, a homicide.

However, Nolan did not release any details on her death or who they think killed Brooke.
