Prosecutor dismisses felony charge against Lori Drew in MySpace case:

Yesterday the U.S. Attorney in L.A. dismissed the felony conspiracy charge against Lori Drew. That was the charge that the jury could not reach a verdict on.

Drew could still face 3 years in jail for the misdemeanors she was convicted of but U.S. District Judge George Wu could throw out those convictions in a hearing scheduled for January 8th.
