In Huntington Beach, California police arrested 25-year-old Venson Magbojos Villapando for allegedly setting up a meeting with a 13-year-old girl over craigslist to have sex with her.

Villapando was allegedly going to pay the girl $100 for sex.

Guess who the girl really was. That’s right, the Huntington Beach PD.
