The lawyers for Michael Jacques want to move the trial out of Vermont. They say the pre-trial publicity would poison the jury.

Let’s not forget that Jacques is accused of kidnapping his 12-year-old niece, Brooke Bennett, raping her, killing her and dumping her body in a ditch.

I think that would poison any jury.
