Michael Jacques wants his federal trial moved from Montpelier, Vermont, to Albany, New York, due to the death threats he’s been receiving.

In case you’re new to the site and wondering why Jacques would receive death threats, it’s because he’s accused of kidnapping, raping, and brutally murdering his 12-year-old niece Brooke Bennett.

While prosecutors say that they want the trial to stay in Vermont, I say let them go to New York. I don’t want there to be any doubt that this piece of shit is guilty, and I don’t want any technicalities preventing this filth from being given the death penalty.
